Job Title: Director EHR Solutions Care Enablement - Spain

Department: Data Solutions

Reports To: Head of Data Solutions

Job Summary:

The Director EHR Solutions Care Enablement - Spain is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution as well as supporting with marketing of external renal care Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions within Spain. The role entails coordinating the development, sales, and implementation of the Nefrolink solution. This position plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of the organization's renal care EHR solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Strategy:

Develop a comprehensive strategy for external renal care EHR solutions, aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the development and enhancement of EHR products, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of the target market. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and incorporate findings into product roadmap and strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, and commercial teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.

Sales and Marketing:

Drive the sales and marketing efforts for external renal care EHR solutions in Spain. Develop and execute marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, and digital strategies, to generate awareness and demand for the EHR solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to establish and achieve sales targets, monitor progress, and provide necessary support to meet or exceed goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics, to drive adoption of the EHR solutions.

International Coordination:

Coordinate the development, deployment, and support of external renal care EHR solutions across international markets, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with regional teams in Brazil, Portugal, and Germany. Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure effective implementation and customer support services. Monitor and evaluate market performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Data Solutions, executive management, and other relevant departments, to align strategies and goals and external stakeholders such as nephrologists and the respective heads of the customers’ nephrology departments. Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the external renal care EHR solutions and enhance the company's brand presence. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in renal care EHR solutions to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics). Proven experience in product management or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology industry. Strong knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with renal care practices and workflows.
