**Responsabilidades**
- Liderar estrategia de experiência del cliente (CX) en reconocida organización.
- Colaborar con marketing para alinear proyectos de CX y potenciar imagen de la empresa.
- Gestionar encuestas y análisis de CX para mejorar experiência del cliente.
- Brindar excelente servicio y soporte pre y postventa a estudiantes y padres.
- Cumplir expectativas establecidas durante proceso de ventas en colaboración con equipos locales e internacionales.
- Destacar en el mercado aplicando los puntos únicos de la empresa.
- Personificar valores de la organización: actitud de "nada es imposible" y enfoque en los detalles.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência relevante de 2+ años en atención al cliente en turismo, educación u otros campos afines.
- Titulación en psicología empresarial, gestión internacional o administración de empresas es una ventaja.
- Español nativo y alto nível de inglés (B2+).
- Creatividad y resolución de problemas centrada en la experiência del cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y cumplir plazos ajustados.
- Pensamiento analítico y orientado a soluciones para resolver desafíos complejos.
- Buen trabajo en equipo y habilidades de liderazgo.
- Historial comprobado en ejecución de proyectos y gestión de relaciones con clientes.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y colaborativos.
- Experiência de estudios en el extranjero (preferiblemente a través de un programa de intercambio).
- Conocimientos técnicos en software (MS Office) y experiência en Salesforce CRM es un plus.
