We're currently expanding our team globally, join our global team in our new journey now

The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships & satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the provided services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Ensure that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards
- Set and resolve escalated concerns to reach client satisfaction while taking preventive actions.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Identify service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in languages, translation, or any similar field
- **3 - 4 years of experience working in business development, sales, or account management within the localization industry is a must.**:

- **Excellent command of the English language is a must.**:

- Strong track record of actively prospecting for new business opportunities
- Solid sales fundamentals, business & sales acumen.
- Efficient management of CRM to develop strong partnerships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numbers
- profound communication skills to cross-function and communicate with internal departments and clients.
- Project management experience and good knowledge of project management are highly desired but not a must.

**Compensation**:

- Basic net salary
- Competitive commission

**Working Conditions**:

- Client visits will be required.

**Salary**: 2,000.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
