As the Support Team Process Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes. You will also be responsible for training and developing support team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and tools to deliver exceptional support to our customers.

**Responsabilities**:
For change and upgrade functional processes and support releases:

- Review/complete Functional Design Document, configuration, unit test, support data design and reconciliation for support releases
- Provide support to process teams and users during SIT and UAT as needed during country deployments.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in relevant modules of D365
- Strong business analysis skills in relevant business area
- Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and optimizing support functions
- Good communication skills to work with business users
- Fluency in English is mandatory
