We at Questax are a German personnel service provider and we are currently expanding and are looking for ambitious recruiters for our planned new location in Barcelona (probably in starting in September).

We are specialised in recruiting high potentials from the IT, Finance and Engineering sector to work with us on a project basis.

Tasks
- You acquire open project positions from your customers through telephone and personal presentation appointments, paving the way for new business areas.
- You advise and support your customers comprehensively with the aim of long-term cooperation.
- Leading the negotiations until conclusion with clear responsibility for sales volume

**Requirements**:

- You have completed a degree with a sales focus or comparable qualifications.
- You are passionate about sales and are particularly distinguished by your acquisition skills.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (not mandatory German), are eloquent and at the same time convincing in your arguments.
- You are a real team player, but you also have the necessary assertiveness
