**Job Mission / Purpose**:
The Pricing & Tender Manager is responsible for all contracting stages (Private and Public sectors) including but not limited to bids, submission and monitoring execution. Will engage with sales, marketing, finance, customer service and legal departments. Objective to maximize business opportunity.

Lead projects both locally and internationally to improve efficiencies and effectiveness on tenders and quoting dimensions.

**Key Activities & Responsibilities**
- Manage the team to generate robust processes to ensure increased efficiencies and effective results.
- Responsible for all P&T team tasks regarding tender and pricing activities including identification, proposal coordination with internal and external stakeholders, preparation and submission of tender documentation.
- Ensure tracking of awards, awared execution level and termination dates.
- Ensure the training on product/services, processes and tools to ensure successful bid.
- Support internal and external customer enquiries regarding contracts and pricing.
- Perform all associated Management Reporting.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally (example: provincial tender boards/committees and private funding groups, internal sales & marketing, finance, customer service and legal teams).
- Represent Tender and Pricing function internally and externally.
- Compile bi-weekly report of tender activities.
- Responsible for delivering of all completed documents on time.
- Respond to all validity extension requests.
- Regular communication with customers with regard to status of tenders.
- Maintenance of quality system management following ISO 9001.
- Maintenance of environmental system management following ISO 14001.
- Ensure the correct segregation of waste in their Department.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in related field (Higher Education preferable)
- Project Management - Experience in leading European and Global Project
- Leadership skills - Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading a large team. A leader who can define priorities and manage the complexities of multiple projects.
- Ideally previous experience in Tender & Quotes
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent level of English
- Experience in public and private procurement is valued but not essential
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential
- Excellent Planning/Organizational skills - Understands what is needed to accomplish project objectives and establish appropriate goals and priority. Demonstrate clear evidence of objective measurement of their achievements.
- Strategic planning and activities - Understand profitability of a company, sales and cost evaluation, and considers customers, regulatory and legislative issues when making decisions
- Experience in change management - Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organization
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel level 2 or 3, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%
