Our company is seeking a Business Performance Manager in Spain to oversee global performance monitoring and drive key performance metrics. The role entails shaping reporting mechanisms for valuable business insights and decision-making. Key responsibilities include investigating and analyzing variances, working closely with the BI team to enhance the reporting framework. The ideal candidate possesses an inquisitive nature, knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce, with familiarity in Jira.

About the role:

  • Work globally with Sales and Operations on performance actions
  • Collaborate with Pricing Managers for relevant and accurate reporting
  • Coordinate with the Deal Desk team for timely completion of proposed actions
  • Analyze trends in customer requests and pricing to drive revenue growth
  • Streamline business practices to enhance reporting efficiency
  • Lead performance improvement projects from conception to implementation
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis to identify key performance actions
  • Track metrics in Tableau and Google Sheets

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce
