Job Description:
Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company focused on delivering innovative IT solutions to solve complex business challenges. We provide distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to top technology manufacturers and channel partners serving commercial and government markets. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Arrow ECS Spain, responsible for driving business growth with HPE and OpenText products.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Recruiting new customers and identifying business opportunities
- Understanding HPE's and OpenText's strategies and expectations
- Collaborating with vendors and internal teams
- Providing technical expertise on the portfolio
- Driving activities to achieve revenue targets
- Creating PoCs with technical solutions in real customer environments

What we are looking for?
- IT sales experience and technical knowledge
- IT distribution and partner management experience
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong assessment and prioritization abilities
- Fluency in Spanish and English
