**Objectif du poste**:
Nos **Leads Management Supports **seront dédiés à la gestion et à la qualification des leads pour la conversion des leads en ventes grâce à la mise en place de campagnes de vente Outbound.
**Responsabilités des agents de gestion principaux**:
- Gérer/qualifier les leads pour identifier les clients à fort potentiel de conversion.
- Atteignez les objectifs de conversion établis en ventes.
- Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions ad hoc qui ajoutent de la valeur pour les prochaines étapes du processus de vente.
- Mettre à jour les données dans le CRM.

**Nous vous recherchons si**:
- Vous avez une connaissance et une expérience approfondies du secteur du service à la clientèle.
- Expérience dans la vente sortante, la vente B2B ou le développement commercial.
- Capacité à traiter avec les clients.
- Compétences en communication et en affaires.
- La langue maternelle française est essentielle**.**:
- La maîtrise de l'anglais sera prise en compte à partir du niveau B2
- Expérience dans l'utilisation des systèmes CRM et de la suite Office.
