Inside Sales with French

As an Inside Sales with native-level proficiency in French, you will drive sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients and other industry professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and develop relationships that lead to product specifications and sales. You will generate qualified leads for the sales team and provide valuable support by delivering detailed specifications.
This position requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Identify and target potential customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Creation of leads (warm leads to be handed over to Sales).
- Sending brochures/price books to leads/customers.
- Maintain high levels of data quality in MyXRM.
- Pipeline management (filling MyXRM).
- Event lead management.
- Creation of IPI Specifications.
- Creation of Opportunities in My-XRM.
- Creation of new customer accounts in MyXRM.
- Opportunity management.
- Strategic planning.
- Successful networking.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- CRM savvy.
- Outgoing/extrovert.
- Passion for service and helping others.
- Higher education, either higher degree, university, or vocational training.
- More than 5 years of previous experience in the Customer Service department.
- Native French
- Fluent English and Spanish
