Este rol es esencial para fortalecer y liderar la expansión de la marca en el mercado nacional e internacional, impulsando el crecimiento de ventas y garantizando la satisfacción de los clientes a través de estrategias comerciales innovadoras y un equipo de ventas de alto rendimiento. TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

Área de Ventas
- Desarrollo de negocio: Impulsar el crecimiento comercial, manteniendo y fortaleciendo las relaciones con los clientes existentes, y captando nuevos clientes en los países objetivo.
- Liderazgo de equipo: Liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas de alto rendimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas individuales y colectivos, y fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y productivo.
- Gestión del desempeño: Monitorear el rendimiento del equipo de ventas, identificar áreas de mejora e implementar acciones correctivas para alcanzar las metas establecidas.
- Optimización de procesos: Diseñar e implementar estrategias para mejorar las operaciones de ventas, incluyendo la formación continua del equipo y la definición de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para medir el éxito.
- Cumplimiento de objetivos: Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las acciones necesarias en cada país para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos por la Dirección.
- Participación en ferias: Representar a la empresa en ferias y eventos relevantes del sector, estableciendo contactos con clientes potenciales, promocionando los productos y servicios, y analizando las tendencias del mercado.

Área de Desarrollo de Negocio
- Planificación estratégica: Crear planes de ventas anuales que se alineen con los objetivos de la empresa y se adapten a las condiciones cambiantes del mercado.
- Reporting: Presentar informes mensuales a la Dirección, detallando la situación de ventas, márgenes, oportunidades de crecimiento e información relevante del mercado.
- Relación con clientes: Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con los clientes existentes para fortalecer la relación, anticiparse a sus necesidades y garantizar su satisfacción.
- Servicio al cliente: Supervisar el seguimiento de los pedidos, colaborando con el equipo de servicio al cliente y otros departamentos para resolver incidencias y asegurar una experiência positiva para el cliente.
- Análisis de mercado: Investigar y analizar cada mercado para identificar sus necesidades específicas y oportunidades de mejora, y proponer acciones a la Dirección para impulsar las ventas.
- Gestión de distribuidores: Gestionar y desarrollar la red de distribuidores, estableciendo relaciones sólidas y a largo plazo para maximizar la presencia de la marca en el mercado.
- Innovación: Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y proponer ideas innovadoras para los mercados objetivo.
- Marketing y Trade Marketing: Desarrollar, controlar y gestionar el presupuesto de marketing y trade marketing para los mercados asignados, asegurando una inversión eficiente y un impacto positivo en las ventas.
- Formación: Capacitar a clientes y equipos de ventas sobre los productos y servicios de la empresa, brindando información detallada y herramientas para mejorar su desempeño.

**Requisitos**:

- Residir en Elche o alrededores (Indispensable).
- Experiência de 4 a 5 años liderando equipos comerciales y generando resultados exitosos en entornos competitivos y dinámicos.
- Ingles nível C1 (indispensable) - Francés será valorado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Conocimiento de varios canales de distribución (venta directa, retail, online, mayoristas, etc.) y experiência en su
