**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Als Account Manager/-in in unserem wachsenden Digitalvertrieb führst Du gezielte virtuelle/telefonische Vertriebskampagnen in unserem Bestandskundenbereich durch. Dieser Kanal ist für Serrala nicht nur sehr erfolgreich, sondern auch von enormer strategischer Relevanz. Hier kannst du uns helfen neue Themen / Produkte bei unseren Bestandskunden zu platzieren und neue Wege zu finden noch gezielter auf die Kunden zuzugehen.
- Du bist hungrig auf Erfolg und stellst sicher, dass die stetig steigende Anzahl der Bestandskunden in Deinem Vertriebsgebiet kontinuierlich betreut wird und die ambitionierten Umsatz
- und Ertragsziele erreicht werden. Eine eigenständige Durchführung von Online-Präsentationen für Kunden gehören zum 1x1 für Dich.
- Du füllst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von A-Z aus, was von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss (über Telefon und Online) alle Facetten des Vertriebs erklärungsbedürftiger Softwarelösungen beinhaltet. Dazu nutzt Du modernste Kommunikationskanäle, so dass keine bzw. eine nur sehr eingeschränkte Reisetätigkeit notwendig ist. Innerhalb eines Mandates und zusammen mit der Vertriebsleitung arbeitest Du kontinuierlich auf Vertragsabschlüsse hin.
- Als Account Manager/-in vertrittst Du das Unternehmen nach außen und stellst sicher, dass neue Markttrends und Anforderungen des Marktes der Marketing
- und Produktmanagement-Abteilung zugeführt werden. Dafür führst Du permanent Marktbeobachtungen und Potenzialanalysen durch.
**Dein Profil**:
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Finanzprodukte oder Softwarelösungen für Unternehmenskunden und/oder Banken mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen mit.
- Idealerweise besitzt Du fachliche Kennnisse auf dem Gebiet von Zahlungsverkehr sowie IT-Grundkenntnisse zu Hardware, Datenbanken, Internet und MS Office.
- Du verfügst über versierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch.
- Einwandfreie Umgangsformen mit unseren Kunden sind selbstverständlich für Dich Mit Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerischem Denken gehst Du an neue Aufgaben heran.
- Du bist insbesondere fähig, Kontakte zu pflegen, Interesse zu wecken, Lösungen selbst zu präsentieren und den Vertriebsprozess zu koordinieren.
- Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft stehen ganz oben in Deinem Wortschatz.
