Your role will involved shaping sales strategies around software and cloud solutions making a direct impact on the growth of our clients and our business. You will be the main point of contact for our SME clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your focus will be on driving sales, understanding software requirements, assisting with renewals, managing escalations, and maintaining coverage across all assigned accounts.
