- Manage a large team of customer service representatives and ensure they provide top-tier service to our clients, both through traditional channels and AI-enabled tools
- Oversee the implementation, adoption, and operation of customer service tech tools for multiple clients
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot problems, and consistently improve the customer experience
- Identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
- Participate in hiring, training, and development of customer service teams to maintain the highest service quality

- 3+ years of experience in a tech-focused customer service or operations role. Experience in managing teams is a plus
- Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and CRM tools. Knowledge of AI and automation tools in customer service is a strong advantage
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions quickly
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
