Sales and Product Trainer

**What You'll Do**:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify training needs within our Client Solutions team; participate in designing, preparing, and delivering impactful training and development programs
- Contribute to the training strategy and development of specific training plans
- Design solutions that incorporate a broad range of learning methodologies
- Deliver effective training to both new and existing team members
- Actively participate in organizational team initiatives, providing input on learning needs, and developing schedules for training delivery
- Leverage various adult learning techniques to deliver training in the most effective and impactful manner
- Provide feedback to management on employee performance during training periods
- Make informed recommendations on training progress, effectiveness, and potential improvements
- Validate training content by establishing a testing and evaluation process to measure content accuracy, making necessary updates as required
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, human resources, or a related field; additional education/training in learning theory and methodology is preferred
- Relevant Sales Training experience
- Proficiency in various sales methodologies such as Value Selling, SPIN, Challenger, or others
- Proven experience in effectively delivering ILT and vILT training
- Strong background in sales coaching is highly desirable
- Experience in building sales training and sales enablement programs is a plus
- AdTech and digital advertising experience, especially with product knowledge in AdTech, is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in computer, technology, and presentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
