An important part of our work is the service we deliver for healthcare providers such as NHS Trusts and private hospitals that helps them understand what their patients are saying and what it means for them.

This new role of Business Development & Client Services Manager is key to managing the relationship with our current clients, working with a small team of Account Managers, to retain and renew client contracts and to grow the value of these accounts.
Additionally, you must be an exceptional sales person with significant experience of the NHS and a proven ability to identify new opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, engage with senior leaders in NHS Trusts and successfully meet sales targets.

**️** What will be your role?**
- Accountable for your own NHS sales targets, jointly agreed with the Managing Director
- Create your own contact database and build high level relationships with senior leaders
- Write proposals and present products and solutions to clients in person and via videoconference
- Manage sales cycles including tenders and write responses to tenders where necessary
- Work with marketing and other colleagues to develop sales campaigns, sales collateral and future product needs based on market analysis
- Develop a deep understand of company products and be able to communicate these to clients
- To oversee and be the senior contact for a portfolio of iWGC clients
- Ensure a planned and understood renewal pathway is mapped out and followed for each account
- Identify potential client upsell opportunities and manage these to a close
- Occasional attendance at customer events or health-related conferences.
- Impeccable attention to detail and record keeping, including continuous update of the company client relationship management database with the status of accounts.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Languages: English
- Previous experience in similar functions.
- Mastery of tools: Outlook, Dynamics, Zoom, Teams, Excel.
- Other skills required:

- Communication skills.
- Problem-solving.
- Time management.
- Sales skills.
- Be a good person with a willingness to learn.

**What we offer**:

- UK travel required - full driving license a must.
- The role is primarily working from home, but you should expect a mix of home working, occasional office working, sometimes abroad, and remote visits to clients.
