**Sales Team Leader Job Profile**:
- Maintaining and growing existing business in the private and public sectors of Health and Social Care.
- Resourcing and recruiting suitably qualified, skilled healthcare professionals to fill permanent positions.
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients to meet their staffing needs with a professional, friendly, and confident approach whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Adhering to targets to enable you to consistently earn high and self-develop.
- Overseeing and managing a team to ensure they are hitting and exceeding targets as well as having your own targets to achieve.
- Producing reports and having one to ones with staff to ensure they are on the right track and feel supported.
- Developing strong business and negotiation skills to identify and achieve new business, with the ability to handle rejection and high call numbers.
**What we look for from the ideal Sales Team Leader**:
- Someone who is tenacious, can handle rejection and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
- Someone who is friendly, fun, and professional with a desire to go above and beyond with an excellent telephone manner.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Goal and target driven to consistently achieve the best for yourself and OakGar Recruitment.
- Not afraid to work hard or work late - as you can appreciate some positions can be high priority with a tight deadline.
- Experience managing staff teams including assisting them with hitting targets by putting plans in place and holding regular meetings.
- Lead, engage and manage a remote working team of recruitment consultants, based across Europe and the UK.
- Create an inspiring, winning team environment with an open communication culture.
- Extensive call listening and coaching, providing constructive feedback to develop the skills and capabilities of individual team members.
- Performance management and recruitment.
- Set clear team goals and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed them, fostering a competitive and high-performance culture within the sales team.
- Testing new sales approaches including outbound.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor sales activities
- Previous experience within recruitment would be ideal, especially within health and social care however, this is not essential as personality is key.
