As Partner Sales Manager (PSM) you manage a select group of Managed Partners within the Commercial (non Enterprise) Segment in Spain and probably Portugal to drive sustainable and predictable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. For this set of partners within this Commercial Segment you will hold a target.
Acceleration shift to SaaS and move to a subscription model is a major part of your target.
You will leverage the total Cloud Software Group portfolio and mobilize resources. like a Partner Technology Strategist, to build and drive value plays.

Main Responsibilities
Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue within your territory and achieve targets
Manage and maintain pipeline in CRM system and forecasting
Responsible for all aspects of sales execution, business operations and governance for assigned
partners
Negotiate partner pricing and obtain pricing approvals and manage incentives and deal registrations
Collaborate with several teams around you, like the Renewal Sales team
Conduct account and business planning by building strong relationship
Communicate all relevant strategic initiatives and partner program changes
