**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Lead Generator **in our team, you will:

- Lead Qualification and Validation for Sales
- Qualifying leads for their viability and suitability to the product offered and pass to field reps or IS reps for conversion/growth
- Use of CRM tool to report daily activity both in terms of profiling and opportunity management
- Lead Sourcing (outside the scoring model scope)
- Prospecting the potential customers and the needs of potential customers
- Account engagement planning in collaboration with field and IS reps
- Preparation of offers, according to the needs of the potential customer
- Development of activities to present the value proposition to the potential client, through remote channels (Virtual demos, online chat, telephone calls, and video calls)

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in English
- Have a good knowledge of IT and are technically minded
- Very good knowledge of telemarketing/sales
- Outbound experience/sales experience
- Identification of new sales chances
- Very good self-organization
- Have a high social competence, and are a team worker, authentic and self-confidence
- Have a business development experience is a plus
- Are familiar with digital channels
- Have interest and knowledge in medical devices are preferred.
