**Employment type**: remote, full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, New York time

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting planned sales goals
- Achieving targeted conversion to sales
- Maintaining customer data in Hub Spot CRM
- Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B)
- Providing excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner
- Promoting the organization and products
- Communicate with other departments to provide the best solution for the client

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High ambitions and a desire to go beyond possibilities
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English is a must (C1-C2)
- Computer savvy
- Knowledge of CRM system (preferred)
- International work experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
- Responsible, goal-oriented, and organized
- Great listening skills and ability to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
