Importante compañía multinacional especializada en aromas e ingredientes del sector alimentación busca incorporar a un
Technical Sales Manager.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Desarrollar y establecer relaciones sólidas con la gerencia y el personal clave de los clientes.
- Poner en práctica la estrategia de clientes y segmentos de la empresa y desarrollar planes de cuenta y negocios anuales.
- Coordinar la vida de los proyectos activando a los interesados internos para lograr los "éxitos".
- Promocionar líneas de productos dirigiendo a los equipos de clientes de I+D hacia su aplicación adecuada.
- Conducir negociaciones complejas sobre contratos anuales y negocios puntuales.
- Proporcionar información al gerente de categoría para discusiones conjuntas sobre el portafolio de productos.
- Buscar continuamente la apertura de nuevos clientes finales.
- Reunirse con el personal técnico del cliente para discutir aplicaciones de productos.
- Estar en estrecha conexión con el equipo de I+D para proporcionar información y retroalimentación sobre proyectos.
Requisitos:
- Experiência de 5 a 10 años trabajando en posiciones de ventas en el negocio de sabores y/o ingredientes alimentarios; la experiência previa en I+D es una ventaja.
- Crecimiento exitoso de carteras de cuentas actuales.
- Dirigió sesiones de innovación con clientes para desarrollar nuevas líneas de productos.
- Licenciatura en Ciencias, Ciencias de los Alimentos.
- Inglés Bilingüe
