B2B RECURSOS HUMANOS selecciona REVENUE MANAGEMENT & PRICING para consolidado Grupo Empresarial dedicado la prestación de servicios relacionados con el Turismo, Alojamientos Turísticos, Hoteles y estancias de corta estancia. La persona seleccionada será la encargada de llevar la gestión de ingresos de la empresa, así como optimizar y gestionar la rentabilidad de la misma.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
- Generar ingresos y optimizar el desempeño en nuestro portafolio de Viviendas y Apartamentos Turísticos.
- Establecer estrategias de precios a corto, medio y largo plazo, así como objetivos de rendimientos.
- Uso de Herramientas de inteligencia y análisis de mercado, software de gestión de precios
- Análisis continuo de la competencia y de la evolución del mercado
- Seguimiento y análisis continuo de KPIs y resto de indicadores de gestión
- Capacidad de generación de informes para inversores potenciales y existentes
- Visitar personalmente a las propiedades para atender a los clientes u otros servicios
- Gestionar comunicaciones telefónicas y de correo electrónico con los huéspedes antes de su llegada y búsqueda de soluciones a peticiones que puedan tener.
- Recepción de consultas y servicio al cliente
- Administración: informes contables básicos, formularios de inscripción de los huéspedes y otra documentación
- Mejora de procesos: mantener una mirada crítica sobre todo lo que hacemos, sugerir y hacer mejoras en los procesos operativos
- Comunicación con todos los equipos involucrados en garantizar el buen funcionamiento del proceso de llegada
- La persona seleccionada compaginara las tareas propias del puesto con las de recepción.
REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO
- Formación Mínima: Título Universitario
- Imprescindible: Bilingüe Inglés - Español ( oral y escrito)
- Valorable : Carnet de Conducir
- Ofimática: Imprescindible Office y conocimientos de Marketing Online
- Experiência Mínima: Experiência en Viviendas y apartamentos turísticos / restauración
- Valorable: Idiomas adicionales APTITUDES DESEADAS
- Actitud emprendedora e iniciativa y con enfoque a desarrollo de negocio y comercial.
- Capacidad de análisis, numérica y mentalidad enfocada a los resultados.
- Habilidades de comunicación.
- Resolución de problemas.

- Salario: Desde 22.000 - hasta 25.000 Euros Brutos Anuales, según valía.
