As the Finance and Reporting manager for Internet in the Car you will play a critical role in supporting the significant growth of this consumer facing product as it launches with new Global Car Manufacturers like VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Peugeot, Citroen, Volvo and Hyundai/Kia. Internet in the Car operates across 33 European markets with the intention to expand further Globally. Operating the service across this footprint is not easy and there are many different financial processes to manage across a set-up that includes Vodafone owned markets, Joint Ventures and Partner Markets. To make this work we need to manage money flows from both consumer paid retail bundles and from Car Manufacturers paid bundles offered free with their cars. These money flows need to be supported by detailed financial reporting between all organisations involved in the money flows.

This role will be critical to supporting the growth to millions of end users and ensuring revenues are managed and reported accurately.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Be responsible for financial/money flows including allocation of Car Manufacturers paid revenues to Partners and Vodafone Markets, using agreed allocation models and intercompany transfers.
- Manage billing/payment to Car Manufacturers for agreed revenue shares from consumer retail bundles.
- Ensure billing of Partner Markets for consumer retail bundles, including collection of revenue shares due to Car Manufacturers customers
- Manage all reporting, ensuring accuracy and including reporting on revenue share and customer take-up
- Define recommendations for reporting enhancements to simplify processes and reduce risks of non-compliance

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Experience of managing complex finance flows involving consumer products and multiple legal entities
- Excel at expert/proficient level.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and legislation across Europe
- Familiarity with inter-company transfers within Global organisations
- Significant expertise in financial reporting covering multiple currencies
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- English fluent.
