**Job description**:
Matchtech busca cubrir una posición de Sales Manager para un importante cliente con sede en Barcelona especializado en dar un servicio amplio y de calidad en entornos de transformación digital (canales digitales, RPA, Cloud, devops, integración, etc.) a sus clientes.

La persona seleccionada sera reponsable de la consolidación y sobretodo del crecimiento en la zona asignada.

El Sales Manager experto en desarrollo de negocio en el sector consultoría es responsable de liderar y ejecutar planes de venta para el crecimiento y expansión del negocio IT de nuestros clientes en diferentes sectores. Se valorará especialmente que provenga de otros sectores que no sea el financiero.

Su zona de asignación será Cataluña y Levante y llevará la llevar la organización y estrategia de los proyectos asignados a sus clientes.

**> Funciones**
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (hunting) y establecer o mantener relaciones estables con nuevos clientes o con clientes ya existentes.
- Analizar el mercado IT, identificando tendencias clave y sobretodo realizar un seguimiento de la competencia.
- Desarrollar estrategias de venta consultiva efectivas que permitan alcanzar los objetivos planteados y el crecimiento de negocio esperado.
- Preparar y presentar propuestas y ofertas a clientes nuevos o ya existentes
- Realizar un seguimiento de los proyectos y de los clientes para asegurar su satisfacción a largo plazo.

**>Requisitos**

Al menos 4 años de experiência en entornos de consultoría en **desarrollo de negocio** (hunting), trabajando para diferentes clientes dentro del sector tecnológico. Se valorará especialmente sectores la experiência en otros sectores que no sean financieros dentro del sector IT.
