**Job Summary**
Our client is looking for an experienced **Head of Customer Experience (CX)** to enhance and elevate the customer journey across all touchpoints in their European e-commerce platform. This role is essential to improving customer satisfaction, driving retention, and creating a seamless shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement a customer experience strategy that improves satisfaction across all touchpoints, from website interaction to post-purchase support.
- Work closely with the product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Use customer feedback and data analytics to continuously improve customer service, delivery, and the overall shopping experience.
- Lead initiatives that improve delivery times, returns processes, and customer support, enhancing both pre
- and post-purchase satisfaction.
- Drive the adoption of CX best practices across the organization to foster a customer-centric culture.
- Extensive experience in customer experience management, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
- Expertise in using data analytics and customer feedback to drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of digital and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Proven track record of enhancing customer retention and loyalty through strategic CX initiatives.
