**About the job**

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will serve as a crucial liaison between our sales and commercial management teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our Order-to-Cash process. Leading a team of approximately 20 customer service representatives, you will provide support and mentorship, addressing personal concerns and fostering professional development. In this role, you will be giving service to our customers belonging to the industrial sector (e.g. cement, lime, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, glass, and EEC). Your primary responsibility will be to foster a supportive environment while managing both personal and business-driven issues within your team. Additionally, you will share responsibility with the Sales department for handling different tasks such as managing stock levels, overseeing accounts receivables management, handling credit management tasks, and supporting sales in demand planning activities, all while implementing and adhering to RHI Magnesita’s internal guidelines and policies within the team.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Supporting the sales department in process-related commercial topics
- Handling credit management tasks and accruals according to the sales department instructions
- Managing of customer receivables account

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- Higher education in economics or any commercial-related field
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- SAP SD knowledge would be ideal

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Several years of experience in the field
- Leadership experience would be ideal
