**Hello** Welcome to **Trucksters**:

- Spanish startup based in Madrid with the vision to transform the freight transportation industry and move it towards a fairer model for drivers, more efficient for customers and sustainable for the ecosystem.

We are still in day 1 with almost everything to build, although we already have 100 people, we have an annual turnover of more than 30 million euros (run-rate revenues) and we are growing at a rate of 4x per year (YoY growth).

We are looking for a **VP Sales Operatio**ns** to continue growing our company, ordering and structuring the sales process, facing a great challenge with the opportunity to lead and create our sales engine practically from scratch.

**Objectives of the position**
- Define the processes and procedures of the commercial area, to increase the predictability and growth of our revenue from a reliable and effective management of the pipeline of opportunities, using SalesForce and in coordination with other areas of the company (Marketing, Operations and Fleet).
- Measurement and performance management of the sales team (Average sales cycle length, Win rate, CAC, Lead-to-opportunity ratio, Forecast accuracy...) ensuring the focus on opportunities aligned with the company's strategy and operational requirements.
- Development of a new commercial team focused on selling our available capacity (complementary to the team focused on offering an ad-hoc transportation service for customer needs), defining the necessary playbook to replicate the execution of these sales in a scalable way.
- Define processes and procedures of the Customer Success department to ensure the best service to our customers in a scalable way.
- Measurement and performance management of the Customer Success team.
- More than 3 years working in strategy and operations consulting, ideally with experience in a project related to sales process improvement.
- More than 3 years working for high growth companies (startups or scaleups), ideally in VP of Sales Operations or sales department roles.
- Bilingual English and Spanish. A third language such as French or German is also an asset.
