Outpost24 is looking for a dedicated Channel & MSSP Manager Western Europe for new business development with the drive to meet ambitious targets and increase our market share. One of them will be responsible for securing success for Outpost24 in the Spanish region towards medium and large sized enterprises. Together with our existing representatives in these key regions, you will be executing new business growth.

**Job Overview**
- Generate revenue for Outpost24 through channel sales - MSSP’s, Resellers and Distributors.
- Top 250 companies of region in focus area
- Ensure the prospect is getting value from our product or service and that they are inclined to start to do business with OP24
- Build and nurture loyal, long-lasting relationships with prospects from named target list

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Development of opportunities and programs for strategic partnerships
- Solution selling, becoming the trusted advisor on full stack cyber security assessments across all departments of the channel partner
- Customer life cycle management - strategic, tactical and operational level
- Work with Sales Development Representative to develop opportunities in target companies
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to maximize prospect potential
- Channel approach need to be in line according to the global channel strategy set by channel director and regional sales director
- Align activities to attract attention leveraging existing marketing programs
- Other accountabilities and responsibilities may occur.

**Mandate**
- To achieve sales targets the Enterprise Account Manager has the mandate to;
- Planning channel activities regarding Strategic account plans, Forecasting and Organizing
- Directing channel activities regarding Negotiation, Pricing, Supervising, Coordinating and Counselling
- Controlling channel activities for Measuring, Evaluating and Correcting

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience working with new business development with channel partners (B2B experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in the security industry.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferably within Economics, IT or Engineering).
- Entrepreneurial, networker, team player and social. You have excellent communication skills in person, mail and phone.
- Experience closing complex sales and securing executive sponsorship with mínimal management involvement highly desirable.
- A real hunter, highly motivated, project-oriented self-starter with the ability to transform challenging business problems into tangible action plans.
- You can explain a complex message in a simple and understandable way.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
