Overview:
**Program Manager: Western Europe Positive Agriculture Manager**

**18 months FTC initially**

General accountabilities are to provide effective project management to all the Positive Agriculture initiatives in Western Europe (focus on Spain, France, UK and Germany) across key crops such as corn, oats, canola, sugar beet and sunflower, including coordinating and managing partners and other stakeholders in execution and liaising closely with PepsiCo internal teams and other stakeholders as needed.

**Location: Spain - can be out based**

**Responsibilities**:
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Support delivery of positive ag and climate goal across key crops in Western Europe
- Execute on new partnerships & funding streams:

- Work with implementation partners on the ground - scope, support, scale
- Ensure CAP / ELM co-funding opportunities as well as EU Carbon farming regulations are understood and embedded in project design and execution
- Manage existing workstreams:

- Management, completion and rollout of project in key crops across Western Europe
- Lead engagement with key suppliers for shared value partnerships in developing their capability to execute on the Positive Ag agenda or join work PepsiCo initiates
- Collate learnings from Western Europe projects to feed into sector & global Regen Ag programming and learning agenda
- Support development of strong relations with relevant external 3rd parties, such as implementation partners, NGOs, peers, competitors, supliers, Industry platforms (e.g. CFA, SAI), research, consultancy and farmer organisations (e.g. Coops)
- In coordination with internal teams, ensure accurate data collection and reporting across all projects
- Develop & execute glidepaths for relevant crops and geographies

Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in agricultural related field, ideally with regenerative agriculture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, International Development, Sustainability, Business Management or similar
- Excellent project management skills and experience, particularly managing multiple stakeholders with different priorities
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Excellent skills in data analysis and in identifying and communicating data insights
- Experience / understanding of processing industry for Agricultural products
- Fluency in English, French and Spanish (written and spoken) required
- Ability to work remotely / independently, proactively; with a high degree of automony and manage others
- Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies a plus but not required
