**Descripción del puesto**:
- Responsable del funcionamiento y coordinación del servicio en la recepción del complejo.
- Garantizar la máxima satisfacción del cliente, con el apoyo del equipo.
- Control diario del mapa de reservas
- Verificación de los protocolos establecidos tanto de la operativa interna de gestión como la del servicio al cliente
- Programar y organizar turnos de trabajo de su equipo
- Coordinación con el resto de departamentos para garantizar el servicio ofrecido al cliente
- Solución de quejas e inidencias
- Formación del personal a su cargo y seguimiento de las acciones de mejora continua del servicio.
**Requisitos del perfil**:
- Formación Grado en Turismo
- Experiência mínima 2 a 3 años
- Dominio de idiomas nível profesional: francés e Inglés
- Conocimiento de sistemas informáticos
- Clara orientación al cliente
- Motivado y con capacidad de liderazgo
- Flexibilidad horaria
- Empático, resolutivo y proactivo.
- Capacidad de improvisación
- Buena presencia y dotes de comunicación
**Se ofrece**:
- Contrato indefinido
- Salario bruto: 25.000€-28.000€
