The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

**Your position and environment?**
Our **Faurecia Interior System Business Group **is looking for you as** Sales Engineer VIE (M/F/d) **in our plant in** **Abrera, Spain (Barcelona area).**
- Your role and responsibilities_
Integrated within the Sales Organization of a given Customer Business Unit (“CBU”), the Sales Engineer is responsible for the Sales development of the assigned portfolio of products, for a delimited perimeter (Program, Serial Life, Acquisitions) within a Division / Region.
- The main missions of the role are:_
- Develop the appropriate intimacy with his/her Customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs):
- Regular visits with preparation and minutes
- Build relationships with key staff in the client organization
- Monitor the level of customer satsifaction at regular intervals or after each significant step
- Prepare the commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests:
- Get a good understanding of the costing files
- Propose and get validated the targeted pricing and the negotiation path / tactics to convince the customer
- Formalize the offer with the appropriate wording
- Serial Life:
- Prepare and negotiate the commercial answers to the customer ECRs (“Engineering Changes Requests”)
- Detailed understanding of piece price, tooling and D&D impact
- Follow the Variable Cost Margin of the products
- Prepare anf follow commercial productivity proposals
- Understanding and commercial management of local economics (inflation, exchange rate)
- Understanding and rigourous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes (purchase orders, invoices, terms of payment, overdues )
- Commercial management for Spare Parts
- Programs:
- Act as Program Sales Leader - Part of the Program core team
- Prepare and negotiate - on a proactive manner - the commercial answers to the customer ECRs
- Understanding of the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers
- Follow the profitability of the Program
- Acquisitions:
- Part of the Acquisition Team
- Understanding of the Business Plan & RFQA
- Preparation and update of the commercial offers following hierarchy’s instructions
The mission will last **12 months**. Renewable 12 month.
- Master Degree or Engineering Degree
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- First experience or significant apprentice/internship experience in sales or marketing
- First experience preferable in industrial environment
- Strong Microsoft pack office skills (ppt, ) and reporting skills
- Comfortable with financials
- Good communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
- Results orientation, Client orientation and Team player
- Good analytical skills and rigor
- IT System basic knowledge (Excel, SAP etc.)
- Communication skills
- International mindset.
