To support our growth and outreach efforts, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to lead; acquisition, qualification and nurturing of new strategic partnerships and sales. The Technical Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in increasing Bold's market share and establishing the company as a frontrunner in electrification and engineering services.

We contribute across all areas of engineering and in multiple different specialisms including composite & materials, bodywork, aero & structural, powertrain, and tooling.

In our Electrification division specializes in R&D of state of the art of battery systems. Taking projects from initial concepts to production: we are designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing the next generation of high-performance batteries to innovative projects for multiple industries. **What You Will Do**
- Meticulously analyze the market landscape to pinpoint lucrative opportunities, identify product gaps, and consistently challenge our go-to-market strategy to offer value to customers.
- Quickly understand our company USP, alongside with products and their market fit
- Lead acquisition, qualification and nurturing
- Absorb and to be able to relay to customers, product features and characteristics in conversations. Be always prepared to answer questions from potential customers.
- Demonstrate courtesy and savoir-fair in front of customers in all situationsProposal writing
- Support cross-functional teams through the entire process, from initial RFQ to full implementation and successful customer deliveries.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Business level English
- A proactive approach and unwavering commitment to customer success
- Outstanding communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with the electrification and engineering services sector is a plus.
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain good attitude in front of customer
