Account Manager New Business Sales

.As our Account Manager - New Business you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to prospecting, as well as strong sales and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting our products/services as solutions.Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.Develop and implement a comprehensive new business strategy to generate leads and close deals.Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, SoMe, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.Understand client needs and pain points and present our products/services as solutions that meet their requirements.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company guidelines and objectives.Collaborate with the International and Nordic Sales teams to align sales cases.Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.Who you are:A minimum of 5 years of experience ideally from SaaS (software as a service) or solution sales.Knowledge of the HR/Payroll Market in Sweden would be an advantage.Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills.Ambitious, humble, independent, curious, fast learner, persistent.The ability to present and influence effectively at all levels.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Gets motivated by relationship sales and sees longer sales cycles as a daily driver.Fluent in Swedish and excellent in English.About SD Worx:SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach.
