Role : Customer Success Manager Location: Barcelona or Madrid – commute to Paris once a month (expensed) Salary: €40,000 + Bonus The Company: Influencer Marketing SaaS company Named in Financial Times as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe Profitable company showing yearly growth of 126% Big name clients including: Coca Cola, Netflix, Uber, Disneyland The Role: Managing accounts across Spain and Italy Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations) Retaining and developing the customers portfolio Preventing Churn Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets Sending commercial proposals Reaching monthly targets of retention and sales growth Being a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams You Should Apply If: 2+ years CSM experience within SaaS (preferably Marketing Technology) You speak fluent Spanish and English.
