Candidate Profile: - Bachelor or Engineering/Business Master Degree. - 6-8 years of experience with strong background in renewable energies development as well as good networking. - Leadership, proactive, negotiation skills, team player, and hard worker who thrives on challenges and is goal-oriented. - Fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge of French is ideal. Activities: Origination of renewable energy projects portfolio (mainly Solar PV and Wind) Contribution to M&A activity in the Spanish hub Coordinates and is responsible for work-streams (e.g., Technical, legal, financial Due Diligences, etc.) Coordinates negotiations and deals structuring with potential developers and partners Coordinates and carries out tenders and auctions Ensures economic viability of each Project Stays fully informed on key market developments and industry news/events/regulatory frameworks to quickly identify business opportunities Proactively identifies differentiating project optimization (hybridization and innovative technology use) to ensure both competitiveness and long-term acceptance Context & Environment: Spain is a priority country for TotalEnergies in Europe. It has more than 4 GW in its portfolio of renewable projects under development in Spain, positioning the Group as a major player in the country's energy transition.
