The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Business Development Manager for an leading player to be based in Madrid.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Seek potential sites to develop projects and negotiate with landowners.
- Analyse technical and economical feasibility of the projects.
- Assess the electrical network to facilitate the grid and interconnection of the projects.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as local and regional authorities, local communities and third party partners.
- Coordinate the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR).
- Prepare the management reporting including KPIs and metrics.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent English is required.
