Funciones En Catenon Barcelona estamos buscando a Sales Executive Managers con experiencia previa en los sectores FMCG, Retail o Life Sciences, enfocad@ al desarrollar negocios y clientes, que quiera trabajar con un enfoque global.
Tus funciones:
Generar ventas rentables y alcanzar los objetivos anuales de ventas individuales, desarrollando una estrategia orientada tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, adquiriendo nuevas cuentas y gestionando una cartera de cuentas (idealmente en los sectores Pharma, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Transport), y generando fidelidad.
Supervisar la ejecución de los procesos llevados a cabo por los consultores de operaciones y trabajar mano a mano con ellos, comprendiendo las necesidades del cliente.
Asesorar sobre las mejores estrategias para encontrar los mejores talentos, y decidir sobre la entrega a los clientes de acuerdo con la metodología y los estándares de calidad de Catenon.
Adjuntar al flujo de trabajo y desarrollar cada paso relacionado con las modalidades de gestión de ventas (cumplimentación de CRM, información fiable para la gestión de KPI).
Proporcionar informes individuales y actualizaciones periódicas de estado al equipo corporativo de Catenon.
Formar a los nuevos miembros del equipo en la metodología de Catenon y en las estrategias de ventas y abastecimiento.
Identificar las necesidades de formación y evaluar el rendimiento del equipo, proporcionando el apoyo y la atención necesarios para su desarrollo profesional.

Qué necesitas aportar: Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, idealmente en el sector de Headhunting.
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o un campo relacionado.
Un nivel de español e inglés fluido, ya que tenemos un enfoque global. Otros idiomas europeos se valoran mucho.
Experiencia desarrollando y negociando contratos con clientes, con un alto nivel de servicio hacia el cliente.
Una visión a futuro clara, pudiendo generar tu propio plan de acción de desarrollo de mercado.
Una mentalidad optimista y proactiva, buscando siempre soluciones alternativas y proponiendo nuevas acciones para desarrollar tu mercado y tus clientes.
