Position: Area Sales Manager (Madrid Region)

About Our Client: Recognized multinational pharmaceutical company.

Job Description:

Lead and develop the Medical Sales Representative team within the assigned region.

Ensure an outstanding customer experience while meeting business objectives.

Achieve sales, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.

Motivate and ensure cohesion within the team, supervising performance and supporting goal achievement.

Implement tailored development plans to support the professional growth of team members.

Analyze business data to drive strategic actions and report required business insights.

Act as a change agent within the team, promoting a modern and omnichannel medical sales approach.

Execute the commercial plan effectively within the region.

Serve as a critical link between upper management and the Medical Sales team to meet strategic company objectives.

The Successful Applicant:

Higher education degree in health sciences or business administration.

Proven experience in coaching commercial teams within the healthcare sector.

Strong leadership, influence, and change management skills.

Business, results, and customer-oriented mindset.

Excellent analytical and planning abilities.

Positive, transformative mindset with strong empathy and assertiveness.

Teamwork-oriented, with good command of English.
