Objetivo Asegurar que los objetivos de venta se cumplan a través de la relación personal y el cuidado del cliente.
Se hará cargo del mercado nacional, realizando una gestión de gran volumen de negocio.
Responsabilidades Realizar y mantener una estratégia comercial que proporcione la consecución de objetivos en las diversas divisiones y regiones que tiene bajo su responsabilidad.Expansión y desarrolla de la estratégia de marca en todo el ámbito nacional.Seguimiento y fidelización de los clientes y en tiendas construyendo una buena relación con sus equipos, clientes, con excelente comunicación.Animar y motivar al equipo realizar su seguimiento, selección y evaluación.Realizar el análisis de ventas y reportes necesarios para la toma de decisiones. Requerimientos: Experiencia en gestión de equipos y trayectoria en moda como area manager, representante wholesale, o en desarrollo de negocio de marca de retail.
