.Job SummaryThe Account Management, Manager – PSF is a key client-facing role on GLG's Professional Services Firms team that plays a vital part in GLG's relationships with leading consulting companies across the EMEA region. The Account Management Associate will work alongside senior sales managers to develop both large and mid-sized partnerships by engaging client users within Professional Services Firms, helping them fully realise the value of GLG's platform. At GLG you will have both the opportunity to progress quickly and to also work in a collaborative environment.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Work alongside account managers to drive commercial success, develop account plans and engage with clients regularly to articulate the firm's value proposition and uncover new growth opportunities for GLGBuild relationships across all seniority levels (e.G. Consultants, Managers, Partners, etc)Building on the successful franchise the firm has established in the Professional Services Firms sector, the Account Management Associate will continually enhance customer targeting and outreach while refining the firm's value proposition in the segmentFurther develop the GLG's service offering and explore opportunities for new product and channel developmentEngage regularly with colleagues in marketing, legal, client solutions, finance, technology, to solve complex business issues and successfully bring these capabilities to marketAssist account managers with client related support requests, meetings, renewals, reporting, and presentationsOrganise key internal and external client meetingsPrepare and send key reports to clients and internal stakeholdersAn ideal candidate will have the following:1-3 years of work experience within an account management / business development role (inside sales, new business development, relationship management) role in relevant industriesExperience in subscription account management rolesProven track record of developing account plans and securing successful renewalsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsExecutive presence, the ability to interact with senior executives and professionalsThe highest level of integrity and professionalismDemonstrated ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over timeBachelors degree or above or equivalent work experienceFull business proficiency in English. Additional languages such as French or German would be a bonus but not essential for this role
