Recap busca un **_Business Development Manager_**. Su función principal será generar nuevas oportunidades a través de canales actuales, apertura de nuevos canales y venta directa, para todas las líneas de negocio (autoconsumo C&I, autoconsumo pequeña escala, baterías y ground mounted).

El **_Business Development Manager_** formará parte del equipo comercial de Recap Ibérica reportando a la dirección comercial.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Abrir canales de ventas y prospectar nuevos clientes.
- Negociar y cerrar contratos de servicios de energía / PPAs.
- Ampliar canales de venta y establecer nuevas alianzas estratégicas.
- Desarrollo e implementación de planes y previsiones de ventas, marcando el camino comercial hacia el crecimiento y la rentabilidad.
- Mantener y Actualizar el CRM.
- Monitorear la competencia, las tendencias y oportunidades del mercado.
- Participar en el equipo directivo, reportando directamente al Director Comercial.
- Título universitario.
- Carnet de conducir.
- Residencia en Madrid.
- Experiência comercial al menos 3 años en B2B.
- Experiência profesional de mínimo 5 años.
- Posibilidad de viajar por España 40-60% del tiempo.
- Nível de inglés medio/alto.
- Buen manejo de Excel.

**Requisitos deseables**:

- Experiência en fotovoltaica, especialmente fotovoltaica de auto consumo.
- Experiência en baterías.
- Experiência en comercialización de energía.

**Perfil personal deseado**:

- Personalidad destacada por su proactividad y autonomía.
- Agilidad de aprendizaje que le permite adaptarse eficientemente a nuevos desafíos.
- Facilidad de interacción en entornos sociales y de trabajo en equipo.
- Buena presencia y habilidad para expresarse de manera elocuente.
