We are now looking to expand the team with a Sales Commissions Manager. The essence of the role: The Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team in Sinch is looking for an experienced Sales Commissions Manager. The Sales Commissions Manager will be responsible for the sales commission calculation framework, focusing on creation, optimization, and coordination of end-to-end processes from quota setting to commission pay-out. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders across Sinch Group. You will report to the Director of Sales Incentives and Compensation, who is based in EMEA. As a Sales Commissions Manager, you will: Design and optimize sales commissioning end-to-end processes from quota setting to commission pay-out. Be a reliable partner to various teams and stakeholders for anything related to sales commissions. Work closely with regional RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize, optimize, and create frameworks around sales commissions. Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions and report on performance. Identify requirements and gaps in data, drive improvements, and ensure process efficiency. Design global governance framework and ensure compliance. Continuously evaluate and improve Sales commissioning processes and systems. Work cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Champion Sinch culture by embodying core values. Requirements: This role requires strong project management and analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales commission frameworks, as well as solid knowledge of sales incentives and compensation. To be successful, you should have: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas. Experience: 7+ years in Sales Commission, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations. Skills: Strong experience with sales compensation principles and financial analysis, with high attention to detail. Self-starter: Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Program Management: Advanced program management skills to coordinate medium to large projects. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
