Zu einer Organisation, welche konstant neu überdacht werden muss, da sich die Märkte auch konstant im Wandel oder in der Entwicklung befinden, leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag.Sie betreuen die Kunden für Lebensmittelverpackungen in Ihrem Gebiet, akquirieren neue, bleiben aufmerksam und fördern neue Lösungen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Anwendung und Nachhalten einer wirksamen Verkaufsstrategie zur Erreichung der Wachstumsziele im zugewiesenen Gebiet und Fähigkeit zum Verkauf aller Produkte und Verpackungslösungen der Gruppe. Akquisition neuer Kunden und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden. Verwalten des gesamten Verkaufszyklus mit Unterstützung des Kundendienstes, von der Akquise bis zum Vertragsabschluss (Kundenbesuche, Berichte, Preisgestaltung, neue Projekte usw.). Sie arbeiten eng mit den internen Teams zusammen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und die erfolgreiche Lieferung von Produkten/Dienstleistungen zu gewährleisten. Beobachtung von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und Bereitstellung wertvoller Erkenntnisse zur Verbesserung von Produkten und Verkaufsstrategien. Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen, um die Marktpräsenz des Unternehmens zu verbessern. Ein konstanter Blick auf die Zukunft (Marktforschung, Produkte, Gesellschaft) und auf die Konkurrenz. Versorgung von Kunden mit Informationen über Produkte und Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens. Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Trends und Entwicklungen an den Vertriebsleiter der Unternehmensgruppe. Sie verfügen über eine geeignete Ausbildung/Studium und zeichnen sich durch eine hands-on Mentalität aus. Sie können bereits auf erste erfolgreiche Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Verpackungsbranche, zurückblicken. Sie sind eine pragmatisch denkende Person, behalten stets die Kundenzufriedenheit im Fokus und nehmen gerne Herausforderungen in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld an.
