Inspired by major successes like Airbnb, Blablacar, or Drivy, SamBoat is growing at an exponential rate and needs the best talent to help drive its growth.
SamBoat has also expanded its offerings to professional rental companies and now provides a SaaS solution to help them better manage their fleet and scheduling. In close collaboration with the management team, you will be responsible for the business development and sales follow-up of this SaaS software, Nautic Manager in Italy.

Missions

  1. Lead the commercial strategy and develop the Nautic Manager client portfolio.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle: field prospecting, phone/email outreach, demos, and closing deals.
  3. Oversee the product's technical development phases and manage the backlog.
  4. Client follow-up: Ensure all partners are satisfied with the product.
  5. Participate in Nautical Exhibitions (Genoa, Venice, Naples, etc.).

  1. A multi-tasker who’s not afraid to be a superhero (sales, tech addict, growth hacker)
  2. Mandatory knowledge of the boat rental industry and the challenges faced by boat dealers
  3. Your motto is "Challenge accepted," and fieldwork doesn’t scare you
  4. You’re organized and autonomous
  5. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage
  6. Proficiency in IT and the internet is essential (experience in project management is required).
