The Role
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be the person that provides the support to our internal staff and our customers to ensure continued success.
The primary objective of the role is the efficient day-to-day operations within the business unit including customer relationships and client satisfaction.
This role involves managing a range of tasks with varying deadlines, leading ongoing projects, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday 38 hours per week from our Malaga office (7:30am to 4:00pm with a monthly RDO). Weekends, after hours and working away from home may be required from time to time.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the technical teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient service to all customers.
Handle complex warranty issues from initiation to resolution, assisting clients with claims and ensuring high satisfaction while providing detailed reports to management.
Efficiently manage diverse tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision, contributing to ongoing projects and adhering to standard operating procedures.
Maintain prompt and effective communication with clients to meet performance targets and demonstrate strong relationship management skills.
Prepare timely reports with essential information for management and coordinate with external contractors
Manage the delivery of site-based servicing, breakdown coverage, installations and commissioning efficiently, on-time and on-budget.
Liaise with Key Internal and External Stakeholders
Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and report on a monthly basis
Leadership of business unit coordination team, technicians, and apprentices and provision of feedback on noticeable training gaps regarding technical staff
Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restriction and legislation and ensuring EPT's adherence/compliance.
Successful applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
