Retail Talent Group specializes in talent management and human capital acquisition within the eRetail, eCommerce, and Distribution sectors.
Our client is a prominent multinational company and a leader in the retail industry. This is a robust and dynamic organization that values talent and employee well-being.
We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor for two of their locations in Spain.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary approximately between 20k to 22k, plus performance-based bonuses (up to 300€-400 monthly).
Benefits include: Health insurance and Sodexo card for daily meals.
Stable position within a reputable company (Permanent contract).
Rotating schedules: one week of morning shifts followed by one week of evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional customer service by training and guiding teams to focus on customer-centric sales, acting as advisors throughout the shopping experience.
Manage and coordinate commercial activities effectively.
Review sales indicators and implement action plans accordingly.
Lead the team, motivating, training, and maintaining communication with sales staff.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in team management roles, preferably in cosmetics, fashion, or related retail environments. Strong results orientation and leadership skills are essential, along with knowledge of KPIs.
