What We Do
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team of five people. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in controlling, with a strong focus on financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent support and control of accounts receivable/payable management, including invoicing, accounting, and tax accounting.
- Participation in the annual financial statements and financial year planning, providing reports, benchmarks, and insights to management.
- Active support of project managers in the billing of services provided.
- Supervision of strategic topics for business optimization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling, with a strong focus on financial operations.
- Professional experience in accounting and financial management or a commercial department.
- Commercial expertise, high affinity for numbers and accuracy.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong degree of independent and analytical thinking, as well as a reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
- German skills, written and spoken (mandatory).
- Good English skills, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- SAP knowledge.
