Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Ebury Malaga. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Implement new financial entities to support the company's growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement new financial systems to ensure compliance with international regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly reports, to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in the audit process to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable.
  • University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, including NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and NAV.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1), with additional languages a plus.
