Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide the highest level of customer service by greeting each customer in a warm and friendly manner.
    • Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Provide customers with information on procedures or store policies.
  • Operations
    • Compute and record totals of transactions.
    • Assist with counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that float amounts are correct and all registers contain adequate change.
    • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
    • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
  • Job Requirements
    • Experience in retail and cash management.
    • Able to work as a team member.
    • Excellent personal organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
    • Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking.
    • Able and willing to deliver an exceptional customer service.
