ROLE OF SALES ASSOCIATE
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in meeting store objectives related to sales, productivity, and customer service by applying effective selling techniques and service training. You will be accountable for achieving personal sales targets and delivering exceptional service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. As a representative of the brand, you will act as an ambassador and ensure that customer needs are met with the highest standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Recognize how individual performance influences overall store success;
- Embody the role of a brand ambassador;
- Exhibit sales techniques learned through company training programs;
- Maintain a vibrant and energetic presence on the sales floor;
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets;
- Effectively manage multiple customer interactions;
- Anticipate and fulfill customer needs proactively;
- Deliver service in alignment with company standards;
- Collaborate as a team member to achieve and surpass performance goals;

Additional Requirements:
